Edward, and associates, also offer courses and workshops about various aspects of Self-realisation and unity consciousness, including: mindfulness, contemplative, humanistic and transformative education, restorative approaches to conflict, breathwork, somatic approaches to healing such as TRE® (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises), sound-healing as well as art and integration.
All informed by integral and transpersonal theory.
Integral and transpersonal approaches view the body, mind and soul, science and spirituality, practice and research, the sacred and the profane as multi-facets of the same unified whole.
The approach to all courses and workshops is hence holistic and experiential.
These courses offer accessible introductions to inner-work as well as advanced practices and support for those who are navigating spiritual emergency, rites of passage and the awakening process along the path towards wholeness.
